Le Cmit présente son nouveau livre blanc, résultat de 25 entretiens, sur les soft skills du secteur du marketing B2B tech in France. Désormais déterminantes sur le marché du travail d’aujourd’hui, elles sont recherchées par les recruteurs et la personnalité d’un candidat est désormais un critère décisif pour l’embauche. « La crise économique, qui ne manquera pas de suivre cette crise sanitaire, rebat aussi les cartes des attentes des recruteurs. Pendant et après le confinement, les collaborateurs ont appris à ne pas s’isoler en restant connectés aux autres, à se repositionner, à ne pas agir dans la précipitation, à adopter de nouvelles pratiques de communication, de nouveaux outils aussi, à développer de nouvelles compétences en cultivant leur créativité », explique Jean-Denis Garo, président du CMIT et directeur marketing Europe du sud Mitel, dans un communiqué de presse.
