HOW QUICKLY DO YOU START EXERCISING POST-PARTICIPATION AND WHICH EXERCISES PROVIDE THE MOST EFFECTIVE?
I felt that I was ready for the sport after 2.5 months. I started a little bit — I tried to walk a lot, and do breathing exercises. A little later, I added light functional training and then cardio is the best type of exercise for me when I need to lose weight. I am against hard loads, everything should be comfortable.
TELL THREE BASIC RULES OF YOUR DAILY DIET.
To be honest, after the birth of my son, I greatly adjusted my diet, excluded flour, because a nursing mother can gain weight non-stop. Therefore, I will never believe those who say that they eat right and don’t lose any weight. It doesn’t happen like that!
And of course sports! The main thing is to kill laziness. It is necessary to approach the process with discipline and, most importantly, this should not be a one-time action. It is necessary to turn sports into a way of life, otherwise, everything is in vain.
Sleep is also important. The child lay down — and you with him. I mean night. If you are calm and satisfied with life, then the child will feel everything through your milk and your attitude. Little children are a daily exercise in your patience and humility. At the same time, it is worthy to remain a woman in the most difficult sleepless nights and not break loose on loved ones — this is a colossal work on oneself, but those who go through it will understand that this is possible. The main thing is to surprise yourself every day with a mini-feat over your mood and not invent too much for yourself. Remember that you are not the first and hopefully not the last woman to have a baby. And this is not a feat, this is life, but a feat — to remain a woman in every sense of the word.
DOES THE SENSATION OF YOUR OWN FEMININITY AND SEXUALITY CHANGE WITH THE BIRTH OF A CHILD?
I think for every woman it happens in her own way, depending on the period. For me, pregnancy and the birth of a child are magic. I felt like some kind of superwoman — omnipotent, aware, loving, calm, and accepting.
IS IT DIFFICULT TO ACCEPT YOUR BODY AFTER THE BIRTH OF A BABY? WHAT WOULD YOU ADVISE FOR WOMEN WHO CAN’T GET TO THIS IN ANY WAY?
It is difficult when there is no inner harmony with yourself and, accordingly, with your body.
I wish all women to live through love and care for themselves. No need to dwell on your appearance, this is the road to nowhere. Everything should be in harmony and balance. You can not have an ideal body at the cost of your health and torn psyche.
